I was really impressed with the value for my money; the room was spacious, spotless, and had an incredibly comfy king-size bed. the location was perfect for accessing the Rail Trail, and the friendly staff made the whole experience even better.

We were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and genuine friendliness of the owners. The attention to detail was evident throughout our stay, from the separate toilet to the generous showerhead. The owners provided great recommendations for dining options and had a fantastic vibe overall. We even had the opportunity to chat with the owner about our shared love for cars. The Ipswich sandstone pavers at the entrance were a nice touch that showcased the care taken by the people here. We felt truly welcome and appreciated. We wouldn't consider staying anywhere else!
